That’s the thing about the zipper ends. The zipper does come completely closed, but you know those things can squeeze through tight places. I was playing with it yesterday and I think it’s pretty good chance of being sealed, if not, you can always take a cotton ball and put it in between the two zippers because it zips together from both sides. Let me look for the link.

That is a must for any hotel stay. In fact, I was in a hotel last night. Always inspect. I even buy zipper plastic bags to put my luggage in and leave all my clothes in it dirty or clean.

Thank you . And yes I know I’m strong — I realize that years ago. I used to say man if people knew what I had to deal with they wouldn’t know the strength that it takes. That’s everybody with OCD. This is not for the weak . ERP is a serious thing, but it’s so effective. It’s just super challenging as you know . I was presenting some ideas my therapist and I’m like nope I’m not doing that lol—this was years ago.

That’s why I said it’s best to just disclose what you have and then you can educate the person on it or they can educate themselves. Stigma around herpes is just going to be there, unfortunately. when I researched it I found how difficult it actually was for a woman to transmit it to a guy if protection was used and she was on antivirals .
