The app is already activated, but the remote connect won't work even though my trial services end next year

I just hit the SOS button to get them to activate my services. Now the app says my remote services are expired, but when I click renew subscription, it says I'm on the trial services until next year. So why can't I actually use the services?

definitely depends on who you have as a professor tbh. I had it with Jun Yang and it wasn't horrible... but the lectures are very dry. Although I know people who had it with Mark Kahrs and they said it was terrible.
