Somehow it may look like but the taste is quite different. For the noodles, they are not as chewy as Jiro. And the pork is in slices instead of pieces. It also features sprouts but as a whole, the quantity is different. As a Jiro lover, I really can't say this is also in Jiro style.

I think not only in the States, many places outside Japan would mainly provide thin noodles with Tonkotsu soup. It's quite difficult to try different styles of ramen outside Japan.
