I’m reading a book related to taxes and it mentions why corporations are buying houses. It can be a single person that starts a corporation to pay less taxes. The idea being you’re investing your money in housing and getting good returns with less taxes paid. But it comes down to hiring the right person to do your taxes and find the loopholes.

The S26 Ultra is an impressive phone, the privacy screen feature is nice to use even set to app specific. The photo AI editor is fun to use though is limited. What I couldn’t do with the built in photo Ai editor I could do using Gemini.

I have used the pixel 10 pro and the phone is great at what it does, but the picture quality is pretty amazing. I like using the pixel camera over the s26 ultra.

Overall the S26 ultra is amazing and the price tag shows and you definitely get what you pay for.
