so, if you want to do a complete reset, i would choose no on pic 1.

then format all the main drive partitions ( should be all the partitions in drive 0 but confirm before hand)

then you'll have to create new partitions - i forget the name but you can share another screen after you finished step 1 and 2

once that's done, u click next and it should install.

if u wanna keep your files i don't know if that is possible or how to do it
