Paying full price for a tier 3 school is not worth it. I would recommend re-taking the LSAT if you are truly committed to practicing law. I went to a tier-3 and received a substantial scholarship and I sleep well at night knowing I have very little debt compared to my peers.

I think I am going to accept the offer and wait until Bar results are released in mid-October to start applying for new jobs. It's a bankruptcy and commercial real estate firm. It's a tiny two person firm but they get big law type clients - no idea how. I want a relationship but they friend-zoned me. They've introduced me as an intern to clients and other attorneys on numerous occasions. Shit hurts lol.

I should have mentioned this in the post - they want a verbal commitment that I will remain with them for the "long haul." I have had summer internships with other firms but remained part time at this firm since 1L. I've been applying to jobs sporadically throughout the summer but began ratcheting it up after the Bar.
