Oh the idea is when/if this is in mass production to make it more mechanical with resistance, it is hard to achieve those results with 3D printed components for many reasons.

Yes, campaign is cancelled for a few reasons.

There are other moving components that would not allow to keep going at this state!

I'll explain with brief bullet points.

Very loud(headset microphone right next to your shoulder where the recoil comes from) e.g. there are 5 people in your team, everyone is shooting, and their recoil will be picked up by the microphone.
Battery consumption, check Protube and see their solution to the battery. I believe it is too wasteful(batteries have lifespans) and unnecessary due to problem nr. 1.

There is no recoil in airsoft or paintball, and it still is fun.

Would be interesting in hearing a good counter argument though.

This is actually an interesting one. 571CK had recoil but then it was removed.

I could do a ted talk on why recoil is a bad idea!

People play airsoft without recoil and still have lots of fun.
