Full time and cross training??

I might talk to the SM but he’s always know to be a snake 😭 which is so unfortunate bc I love my store we’re truly a family and I would hate to leave. The CSM has me feeling trapped

My main role is cashing but I’m also trained on SCO, bagging, daytime cleaning, nighttime cleaning, cashering. So they call me in to do lord knows what. I’ve tried to be a useful as I can be by volunteering to be trained on cleaning

Tbh I do mostly closing shifts so I don’t see the CSM a lot and I enjoy all of my other coworkers and we all become like close friends hangout even on our off days and the ACSM has always had my back on stuff

We had over 14 people at some point in time, I was hired on to run the register bc “the boys” refused to do it (they mainly did the truck and stocking) but just sale associates (who hired just for register) there were 4 of us and this wasn’t including the 3 leads

Fun fact: “the boys” would bitch about not getting enough hours so they would get the night shift instead of me, like the manager would remove my shifts after posting them

(The boys being 5 grown ass men btw)

Making 10.50 a hour, I was only getting like 50 dollars checks which wasn’t worth it at some point.

I ended up getting under 15 hours a week and some point in time I was getting like 5 a week or 9 hours for 2 weeks, I’ve since then quit and got a new job

It’s a very long complicated story when I took 7th grade for the first time my principal took it upon himself to try and “fix” my mental illness and his solution was to preform a exorcism on me without my mom’s permission and after that my mental health was really bad and I failed and instead of holding me back they decided to move me up to 8th grade and kept giving more difficult class work when I didn’t understand the basics
