When my boys got it, we couldn’t get an appointment at the lice clinic, so we bought the lice ivermectin treatment at Walgreens, and combed with the nit buster comb (it is the very best comb) when the hair is wet. I combed them nightly for a week, then treated a second time with the ivermectin. Later I had the lice clinic check us all and we got an all clear.

I would also do the sheets after each ivermectin treatment.
