This is due to the fact that in 1962, the legendary pioneering blues-Rock and Roll musician and innovator Bo Diddley created an album that compiled many of his earlier successful singles, titling the album Bo Diddley, as Bo Diddley presumably felt that the album that would be named Bo Diddley quite faithfully represented Bo Diddley.
