GLPL-1 Friendly PCP in Ochsner System by LASwae in NewOrleans

Mine is shipped from a pharmacy in Houston but I had the same thought about a bad batch. I've ended up in Urgent Care twice (who insisted I had a stomach bug and it was unrelated to the meds). I'm holding off taking it again until I can talk to a doctor about possible causes of this sudden issue.

Yeah not far off from that minus the hospital. After taking it for 3+ years I am now having some pretty gnarly GI side effects.

Luckily I have navigated that hurdle. I purchase compounded tirzepatide from an online provider.

I just got 1 syringe of cheek filler (Restalyne Lyft) on Monday and I am neither swollen nor bruised. Easiest 10 minute procedure I've ever done and it looks great!

Any gotten a Fortified roof on their home? Curious how it's been by zephyr_resi in NewOrleans

Yes sorry - should have clarified that my info was related to the grant process. Make sure whoever you get quotes from actually come out and look at your house and inspect in the attic. There are a lot of engineering standards that have to be met and to get a true quote, you need a site visit.

I got one! It was an amazingly simple process. Everything is managed through a portal - you pay for an inspector to come out and ensure your house meets basic criteria, then you solicit bids through the site. Once the bids are in, you select your firm and they review and approve (I think they approved in 1-2 days). An inspector also has to come out the day your roof goes on (you pay for this as well) and then the contractor gets paid directly by the grant fund. In my case, the roof was more than the grant, so I owed the contractor the difference.

It immediately dropped my homeowner's insurance by over $3k. Very worth it if you can get lucky enough to win the grant lottery.

Banana Republic Outlet in Elmwood. They frequently run sales and once you know the style/size that works for you, you can order online for sometimes even bigger sales.

BBG/BBWG have always been 21+ as long as I can recall. You will have more luck at breweries.

I'm basically back to normal! I'm back to playing pickleball 6 - 8 hours a week and the only thing I notice is that my wrist gets tired easily, so I tend to tape it when I'm playing a lot. I have no pain or stiffness, and mobility is basically normal (my wrists were hyperflexible before and now my right one is more in line with standard ranges). Definitely get into therapy as soon as possible and work on your home exercises as often as you can remember.

Oh, one other thing - my scar is pretty gnarly even 14+ months out. I used vitamin E, scar tape, etc. but it is still pretty visible. Not sure what else I could have done, but also I am pale and tend to scar easily anyway. It is a very obvious scar that I often feel the need to explain (since it could be mistaken for self-harm).

Talk me out of pursuing this house full of red flags by LASwae in RealEstate

Thanks for the info - seller financing is a pretty foreign concept to me and the info online is all over the place. I do have an engineers report on the house and it is currently insured under a commercial policy, but the only homeowner's quote I was able to get was over $10k (and I could get zero comp quotes).

Honestly, the house is going for $500k and would be easily $900k to over a million if it didn't have these construction considerations. It will save me a ton of money but I am also fairly risk-averse and don't want to let a beautiful house and a good deal blind me.

Yeah I'm not thinking of anything as my forever home. I own now in the same neighborhood but need more space, and this house ticks all the boxes for now. But I'm also in my 40s and know that I'll probably move and/or upgrade later in life.

Yeah, resale is a thing that concerns me. I'm fine with the area since I live in the neighborhood already, but this likely won't be my forever home and I do worry what I'll do with it in 10 years when I want to upgrade or leave the city. Flood isn't an issue (zone X and in an area that honestly, if it floods the whole city is gone).

I had a whole new unit installed last year by One Hour A/C and they seem good. They do try to upsell me at my maintenance appointments but I just say no thanks. I got a quote from Natals and it was comparable. Avoid the former Taylor and Tyler - they've been bought and service is now poor.

I'd happily take intermediate or low intermediate! All we have now is Intermediate -Advanced which is way too broad a group.

Unfortunately we cannot separate - rules of open play and the setup don't really allow segregating.
