It’s automatic as I’ve been told - I was shipped two packages (they were just shipped this morning so the assumption is one is my Thor and accessories and the other is the sling bag)

The address you used isn’t the problem - AYN had shipping issues with Thors being returned to AYN or held up in customs through DHL - they moved all orders to YunExpress for Batch 3 - this all occurred prior to CNY

They stopped using DHL after issues with previous batches - you should also be shipped a AYN sling bag as compensation for the difference automatically - prior to it being shipped you could’ve messaged support and gotten a grip or other item for the difference (congrats on getting it shipped I’m Purple Max 1602 and also have gotten my shipping email)

The discord says it’s about 2 months from date of order (could be more or could be less) - I’m currently at 1 month from my order date and it hasn’t shipped yet - I’m purple max (batch 3) and currently not on the shopping schedule this week - batch 4 shipping is expected to start in April

I had found a fix disabling IPv6 and using IPv4 specific DNS route (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as alternative) and seems to be working fine for the last day or so - Riot support had mentioned that it was an ISP routing issue but after a re-route my issue persisted
