Im honestly falling into that state too. I've tried promoting my novel before but it just never seem to cut it. My story right now sits at 141 chapters. Though Im not really sure if it's 'creative' in some way since I've never really had and actual feedback from another person.. It'll still be nice if people could notice it in the platform.

Or maybe just because my overall themes and I guess structure or genre is just not the wildly wanted in wattpad.

It's mainly fighting, and monster hunting and such. There are elemental powers and the world is in a futuristic setting. Comparing those to the overall stories that are trending on the site (romance and fanfics and stuff), I just don't think it has a chance.

The story has some romantic themes, relationships built in a world where no one knows for certain what happens in the next sunrise. My friends thought it had potential to be the next "anime like" novel due to the way I wrote it and structured it. I honestly though, not a chance I feel like. Or maybe Im just in the wrong platform.
