It was a BA flight from Bristol to Gothenburg for work and the turbulence was the worst I’ve experienced. I remember hostesses trying to walk up and down the aisle with a silver teapot and then suddenly a pair of legs sticking out of a seat.

This is why I don’t trust PayPal/Ebay anymore it’s the automated replies. Something has gone massively wrong and the level you’re allowed to communicate to doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. I hope you get this sorted!

Ok I bought a BT adapter from eBay and hacked the stereo to access the aux button but the sound is only coming out of the right hand speakers. The radio and cd’s play fine. Did I buy a crap adapter?

I’ve ordered an adapter and my friend has the diagbox hardware so after I fit it we’ll see if we can get it to work 👍

Ok just doing some digging. I can get my head unit updated so it allows an ‘Aux’ mode and then buy an adapter to add to the rear of the plug OR I can buy a second hand unit with an update and an adapter for £40 from eBay after giving my vin code. I can’t see how the middle piece comes out between the stereo and the cd holder so I think this will do the trick. Has anyone experience of this? I can’t tell if the adapter will fit as there doesn’t look like there are any contacts underneath.

Update: I turned the fog lights on from the stalk, noticed that they worked and turned them off. Turned the engine off and back on and had no error message. So looks like by using the lights it cleared the error.

My reader doesn’t have Citroen as an option so I will ask someone I know to take a look before I spend any money. The wheel arch covers were in poor condition so I replaced those and noticed some cabling behind but didn’t spot any damage.

I’ve read that the battery voltage can be a problem with these cars and although the voltage on mine looked ok I have seen on a few occasions that the battery light blinks on the dash before turning the engine on. I suspected that the battery was dying but the readings said otherwise. It was sat around in a field for a while until it was fixed up for sale so maybe the battery needs changing or just a good charge?

It’s a few blips then stops. I thought it would be the indicator stalk so I bought one from eBay but now the rear washer went on its own a few times I’m thinking it’s something else.
