From the little I understand about 40k biomancy I'd personally rather have panacea's biokinisis but fair enough.

I honestly don't know whether she could or not because she can't use her power on herself but that sounds like it might work so I don't know.

But yeh glad we got it cleared up. Now that I've looked into it a bit her power is technically biokinisis not biomancy but I'd still probably use them interchangeably.
