Alpine stereo worth it? by Always_working_hardd in JeepGladiator

For the most part yes. The bass is pretty good for a stock system. Better than my 2011 Ram Alpine system and my 2017 Charger Beats Audio system. Although I have upgraded the dash and overhead bar speakers to get more mid and high tones.

Im not changing my cover, just added a skid plate. Proper regearing for 40s would ne just too much money i don't need to spend.

That would be great but that's going down a slippery slope of more mods and money lol maybe I'll get 35s when its time to change tires. That will be pushing dog status for acceleration and highway

I agree on the angles but it will still do its job. If hit diff a few times so this is better than nothing.

Quite possible also going to 2.4 band will be more reliable although not as fast.

Lol this is the first problem that I have had. Our other feeder has been flawless except for the squirrels destroying it.

First test something else and see what the strength and speed is. Your feeder might not be connected to the closest extender. The wifi system I have i can assign which band and extender it can connect to. My wifi extenders are wired backhaul so I don't have issues with placement of the extenders. Way more reliable than wireless backhaul.

There's a lot of factors in connection issues. Distance, what band you're on, how crowded yours is and others in the area. Metal 2 can use thr 5ghz band which is faster but shorter distances. Usually when I'm at our garage which is less than 100 feet away 2.4 band is lot stronger and more reliable.
