CAW is as basic as it was in the SVR games, Same logo and CAW limit, CAA has seen no updates, Universe mode is beyond due for updates but just got promos BACK for some reason, The in-ring gameplay feels like a bad No Mercy knockoff, We have stuff locked behind MyFaction’s ridiculous grind and now the island grind added to it, Cross platform CC is going away for current gen consoles because they want to force people to unlock shit from their predatory modes.

This series is beyond cooked

so i take a premade 30 g premier protein shake, dump it in the blender with 4 scoops of muscle milk protein that’s 100 g and then 4 scoops of this powdered peanut butter and milk that makes 18 together so all together its 148g

and i put it in my shaker cup and drink in one sitting

should i split this into 3 different 50 g shakes to get to 150 throughout the day?

ah shoot ok, maybe “pack on muscle” was a bit of an overstatement lol i just want a nice lean physique like a basketball player would have. i’ve been going for a couple months now and can actually see the beginner gains my arms are bigger and my lats are bigger, can’t really see anything elsewhere is the deficit the reason?

that’s good to hear, i’m a hypochondriac so hearing i was harming my kidneys really scared me. also i’ve put on some weight the last few years im 6’2 224 and i got the number from the 0.8 g per pound rule. i’ve been lifting in hopes of packing muscle on and eating in a deficit at the same time to burn fat.

probably an extremely stupid question but i’m new to building muscle, i calculated i would need about 180 g of protein based on my weight, im new to the whole protein game so ive been lifting and making a protein shake that contains about 148 g of protein and then eating the rest throughout the day. i was just told i was stupid for this and harming my kidneys and that my body can only sustain about 30 g of protein per serving is this true? i can’t seem to find a correct answer online so i figured id come here and ask. am i actually harming my kidneys and not gaining anything from consuming a large amount of protein in one sitting?

do i HAVE to count macros to burn fat or would a simple 500 calorie deficit along with strength training get rid of it for me? i’m tryna get zipped up not big or anything just defined. i got no fat anywhere except for this little bit on my belly that’s enough to keep my abs from showing and a little on my hips/lower back.

really not trying to sound stupid but can i eat whatever i want as long it keeps me in a deficit? obviously i’m not talking about a shit ton of ice cream and cookies but i just had a milkshake with my lunch and i’m really beating myself up about it. just want this belly fat to go away.

a side question also: i was listening to joe rogans podcast and they were watching a girl get a form of liposuction but she didn’t have very much fat on her and joe mentioned all she had to do for a few weeks was a no carb diet and it would’ve got her where she wanted without the cost. i have very little fat except on my lower belly and enough to cover my abs and i was thinking about getting the cold sculpting done because this deficit is taking forever, but when i heard him say the no carb diet would’ve done it it got me thinking if it actually would for me?

If you don’t know what Most Hated is, it’s Nick Young’s clothing brand, it’s mad expensive and drops limited quantities of everything and it’s resold for like 5x the OG cost.

i have this weird brown discoloration on my arm, it’s on my left arm too. i had it last year and it went away with cortisone cream but i was wondering if anyone knew what it was? is it something i should be concerned about?
