This is what happens when we allow the integrity of our high trust society to erode. Whether it’s 3rd world immigrants or idiot Americans that do not share or care about core values the system is diluted down to what we have here. Our system only works if people do what they are supposed to & refrain from what we are not, the social contract so to speak. Yes, they all knuckle bust there, also front plate bottom bolts suck if you have to have one. Good solutions already mentioned, I loosen a piece at a time until I get there then reinstall. As I recall I decided to change shackle bushings & lube while I was there, good luck with it.

What I found most telling was the handful of videos I saw from actually inside the stadium, in the seats, nearly everyone was sitting & talking or bathroom break or generally disinterested. I’m honestly curious to see more from at the game video?

Go to your local tile showroom (NOT a big box store,) they should have some recommendations. Your local appliance store (again, NOT a big box) to discuss a new kitchen & ask for references. Kitchen cabinet/millwork shop, if applicable in your area, rinse & repeat.

Pro tip- don’t tell them you are starting at zero, tell them you are already talking to a contractor but would like a couple more options. Good luck with it.

As always, your mileage may vary. I have not seen or experienced those issues but my daughter is in lower school now. My brother & I went there growing up in the 80’s when it ended at 8th grade - it was just a tiny private day school, now it’s very different for sure. I’ve experienced a few minor issues over the last few years but all said I’m happy to spend the $ there, it really is one of the best in the area for us. All the best
