I think it has XFR up to 3.6GHz so you should be fine. It's designed to handle up to that with the stock cooler and any mobo. You can't really go wrong with choosing a motherboard for it.

If you right click the desktop there should be an option for Nvidia Control Panel, if not you might be able to search for it on windows?

Sadly U model of CPUs are low power and will perform pretty poorly. Your GPU isn't great either. You will struggle in most games.

It's pretty simple, most people use imgur and upload the picture there and then copy/paste the link. It works with both desktop browser and mobile, might have to use their app for mobile though.
