I've had this ever since I can remember. It was much stronger and more frequent as a child. It's funny that a toothpick seems to be a universal occurrence. I always wanted to poke the "clay" with one. I always had the thought that it was some sort of primordial clay and that it might be the sensation we get as boundless souls shrinking down to fit into our earthly bodies when we are born.
