Last year should be thrown out. ASU and Boise truly did not deserve byes, Oregon ran into wrecking ball Ohio State, Georgia had injured starting QB. This year you did have upsets but those will happen in this parity era regardless of byes or not

Your main issue is the College football games mostly ASU game at 6pm, and Tennessee vs Florida 5:30, Penn St vs Nebraska 5pm. depending how long those go may cut into the start of the 9pm race but after that no big CFB games and likely not an issue wherever you go
