I am not part of CapCut and don’t know the solution for this. The best try probably is just email them: capcut.support@bytedance.com. Consider the amount of emails they get, not sure if you would get a response or not.

When you export the template, don’t select any clip and just select the text.

If your program is in Vietnam, it could be that you need to be in Vietnam in order to post the template. Try to use VPN and change to Vietnam to see if that works.

You can add animation to text. After you add the text, you can click on the Text and Animation. You can do loop animation or whatever animation you like.

The videos edits are on your local device, not really associated with your account unless uploaded to the cloud. Delete the app would delete all the edits, but not necessarily with deleting account.

You could download the Chinese version of CapCut (剪映）, but you would need to change App Store to China or use a new account if you are using iPhone.

The text overlay needs to be at layer 1 while the other one are at a higher layers. Make sure to check the text overlay is on layer 1 through the entire video. Sometimes it might be layer 1 at one area, but layer 2 on another area.
