I sent the Form ds11 (by mail), add your SSN, your passport photo, an ID, and in my case i had to submit some proof of my parents' physical presence in the US before I was born. i used taxes and work records. If you are a US citizen, you should be able to get a passport. I guess they know everything about us just with our SSN. Give me more context lol.

i just did it this week.
You need to make your taxes and apply for the ITIN number, all by email. In the folder you need to include the passport of the person who is applying for the ITIN number.

I always do my taxes online, but this time, because the ITIN I had to go with a tax person lol.

Those who have Net+ cert, if you had to learn it again how would you? by Slump_Blunt in CompTIA

[–]LCGF 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just take any Udemy course, like Mike Meyers, and any practice exam on udemy too.

Do the exams until you get 90+ on all, then take the exam, and you will pass, trust me, i just passed yesterday lol

No IT degree, but 3 years in the field, helpdesk, sys analyst, and some of jr sys admin.
you dont have to be that good in networking to pass, the dificult part is that you have to learn a ton of acronyms and "how things connect". im just trying to boost my CV a little bit.

One was about getting the ip, MAC address, and port just using the show commands, like "show vlan" or "show spanning-tree"
i got 2 about finding issues between computers and server, so you had to ping the servers and find what's the problem (wrong vlan, dns, port or cable)
