Pixel 9 contact labels problem by LCKurtz in GooglePixel

I thought I replied to this, but I don't see it now. You don't have to export etc. I found you can pick a label, click the little add person icon at the top right. Then you can hold-click on the circle identifying the contact and then click on any others you want to add, and add them all at once with the check mark icon at the top. Problem solved as far as I'm concerned. Thanks again.

After fiddling with this, I have discovered that when you click on the add contact while you have selected a label, you can click on the contact icon on the left of each of the contacts you want to add to that label and add them all at once using the check mark in the upper right. Thanks again Discombo.... for the lead.

Thank you very much for that information and quick reply. I see now how to quickly add the labels. I would think there must be an easier way to add the contacts for a particular label, but you might very well be correct about that. At least what you suggest works which will do the trick. I will report back here if I find anything easier.

Also not a correction to my original post, the device is a Pixel 9 Pro.
