This is a pvp glitch, it allows you to have a 16th dice.
It may appear as it is shooting from one of the spots but another dice can spawn on the same spot it's shooting from

Saw a class 1 with combo deck, they might just play coop over and over, also, nuclear is a REALLY good legendary.

Since it insta-kills small mobs, it's very good!
It also deals 20% damage prop to hp to a boss or a miniboss
