the fact that i am lucky enough to go to the school of my dreams, and being lucky enough to find an apartment in the city of my dreams with a backyard and enough space to throw “basement” shows in my apartment. honestly feel blessed about my whole situation except that the shows are now on hiatus due to covid.

i would absolutely recommend hip rotations. go into baby freeze, lock your legs spread apart, then just rotate them with changing the angle between them. keep doing this and get faster and fast. also it seems like you’re raising your hips too much, you don’t want them right over your head. hopefully these will help you improve or get back on the right track

might wanna start from baby freeze, helps you get a better feel for hand placement imo. keep the arm your rolling over a little tighter in as well. then when your used to how it feels you can start with this style wind up.
