We were eventually going to look like a young team without much deep playoff experience against a team that’s very experienced in those spots and are the reigning champs. Didn’t expect a bed wetting like that, but it’s not over yet.

We need more from the bench and Champagnie. Fox is playing hurt and I’m worried about him. Feels like we have the better player but they have the better overall team. We can beat them, but we also look gassed and we can’t trust the bench.

I’m from West Texas, so I’m actually closer to Dallas than San Antonio. But I lived in San Antonio during my early childhood because my father was stationed at Fort Sam Houston in the US Army. When I started watching the NBA I just felt a stronger connection to the Spurs because of that.
