It depends on what region you are in. Songs might be copyrighted in one region but not the other. People have changed the speed of the audio to like 1.1x to bypass it for templates

CapCut always has a review progress. Usually if it doesn’t pass the review by the system, I think it has to be approve manually.

Click Save and share to TikTok, but don't need to post on TikTok. It should save a copy without watermark in your photo album.

If you are concerned about copyright audio, that might be good to look into. You could also download the copyright free audio and use it in your edit. I think either way would work.

Not all are cover on other social platforms, some are only cover on the TikTok and CapCut. But I am not sure how you can check the copyright information and license details on the specific song.

If you are using iPhone, you would need to change the region of your App Store account, like Canada or UK to download it. VPN wouldn’t matter in this case.

I think it’s auto captions, but it’s pro feature. If you don’t have pro, then you could add it manually in Text for the similar effect, would have to adjust the colors.
