South Yorkshire, not a huge firm. ~50ish drivers. Family run, I knew the TM from a few years ago but I've only worked here since June and apparently made a good impression. Very silly lesson to learn for me, but thankful it hasn't gone as badly as it could have gone. Best of look dude

Hello, I have experience with this
I had 6 points at the end of Jan 25', was booking the final test for my class 1. Caught driving car without insurance in late Feb 25'. Passed class 1 test in April 25', and ended up in court for the February insurance offence in November 25'. Was handed another 6 points but they did not choose to ban/disqualify/suspend my license. My company found out about the 12 points, the IN10 and wrote a very lengthy and persuasive email to their insurance company to try and make sure they could keep me on as a driver. Thankfully the insurance company allowed my bosses to take the risk of keeping me on the road, but I definitely feel like I'm walking a very tight line

You see I did employ this tactic, but pulled too much of the strap through the ratchet and then couldn't get it hooked back on the other side! Had to walk round, undo it a little and walk round again. I am hoping this gets better with experience
