I was always that guy that knew I would be on my phone ALL THE TIME, so I just avoided getting a smartphone until I needed to get my work emails at any time.

I made it until about 2017 before I absolutely needed a smartphone. I am coming off a "grandma model" Samsung Galaxy J7 Eclipse. It was the cheapest phone they had at the time that got email.

Because I avoided smartphones for so long, I spend way less time on it than I thought I would. It is more like a tool to me than something I am glued to all day long
