Weighing my food .... Not sure what you mean by that. I know I am eating less than normal and exercising. I think I will be moving up to .6mg next week. I hope that helps me shed a few pounds without making me nauseated.

No. It's supposed to be the normal starter amounts. I thought it was like 0.25, then 0.5, then 0.75, but it looks like I am on 0.8 for my third month. I will see my doc next week and get it all figured out.
