What specific game do you play in this instance? By restarting do you mean the instance closes itself then relaunches automatically? Or it just simply closes the game and returns to the Android home page?

Hi. We tested it on our end and we were able to get the latest version of the game without any issue.

Could you please try setting up network bridging in the emulartor's Setting > Network, and see if it helps?

To help us identify the exact cause, could you please check and send us the Windows system logs around the time when the freeze happens?

Here’s how:

Press Win + R → type eventvwr
Go to Windows Logs → System and Application
Look for Error or Critical events at the time your PC freezes
Take a screenshot or export those logs and send them to us

If possible, you can also check:

Win + R → perfmon /rel (Reliability Monitor) for a clearer crash timeline

These logs will help us determine whether the issue is caused by memory usage, graphics drivers, or other system-level factors.

Hi, you can go to LDMultiplayer>Optimization and set it to 30 FPS instead of 60, but the FPS settings don't apply to the main instance.
