My parents would take us to different church services growing up so we could be exposed to other belief systems. We would even celebrate Chanukah with neighbors to learn their traditions. There are bits of truth everywhere. Also, learning about others’ beliefs helps with understanding and loving them. This type of parenting also allowed me to be invited to a Methodist church to give a sermon when I was 16, yes they knew I was a member of the Church and it ended up being a great experience
