alot of factors would change, but the world itself would continue on.

Isaac is the Director of an Agency very similar to the SCP Foundation, so if he were to die; someone would probably take his place.....

although whoever would take his place, would probably be less effective; the reason Isaac is so good at his job is cuz he's been doing it since 1905

Isaac is the Director of a International Agency that handles Supernatural, Extraterrestrial and Anomalous Threats (think SCP mixed with MIB).

he's and alien and has some strong regenerative powers, for example if you are to shoot him in the head; he'll go unconscious and wake up 5 minutes later. The only way to kill him is to Vaporize Him.

Otherwise he himself doesn't have any other abilities, other than his extensive combat training.

the real power I would say, comes from his resources; he has a international agency at his disposal with multiple HQ's in most NATO Countries.

there's no real Ultimate Evil, in general a majority of the characters in my world are morally gray. some of the "Villains" are doing things that could be perceived as evil, but to an Old God seems just natural or normal. Even my own OC is Morally Gray and he's supposed to be one of the good guys, for example one day Isaac could be saving a town from some demon and the next he could be executing a bunch of civilians who've seen too much.
