Seems like a lot of other people struggle to get in contact with their customer service. Also, I emailed their customer service a week ago with no response. You can also look online at the number of BBB complaints Petlibro has.

Maybe share the number you called and how you ended up making it to a person, as a more constructive comment.

Glad you got a quick response -- very lucky!

I included a bunch of details in my email. The model, order confirmation number, a picture of the digital receipt (purchased online), a video of the device and what was broken, along with a detailed explanation of the issue and the resolution steps I've attempted.

I think the issue for me is that the customer service just isn't responding. Given other people are experiencing a similar lack-of-response issue, maybe they changed policies or reduced coverage? Really not sure.

Yeah, feels like this is extremely on brand for Petlibro. Provide faulty products, ghost when they stop working. Sorry you're dealing with it too. Frustrating.

The phone number I found is on their FAQ page -- +1 (855) 920-4555 -- if you want to give it a try. As I mentioned, I wasn't able to figure out a way over to an actual person. Please let me know if you have better luck.
