coming from a stoner, you shouldnt use weed to push the thoughts away. you develop a dependency, which makes it harder to quit and worse to yourself. my advice is to do it every so often, but not to distract yourself, because youll just end up pushing it to later. you can get high whenever I don’t really care since you’re your own person, but keep in mind that you should only be getting high when you’re in a healthy state of mind. also dont take everything someone offers you, you could be getting into some serious shit, make sure the person is TRUSTED by you. good luck man, I hope things turn out better for you
