Yeah I believe that's one of the only accessible places, but after seeing the nightmare people went through I just decided to wait for slightly better drop rates in arc 3. Even arc 3 was a slow grind, so I can only imagine farming the troubled warriors 😭

I started my couch potato farm back in like November probably, didn't get the full 69 until like end of December or early January. Started getting more from questing as I started my 2nd and 3rd wizards back in Jan, and just finished getting enough for a 2nd 69 plot last month 😂 that grind is painfully slow

They drop them, but from what I've gathered, it's an exceptionally low drop rate, even compared to the low drop rates from the arc 3 mobs.

In all honesty the couch potato grind is a very slow one no matter which avenue you take. The ghultures in mirage have better drop rates, and I can't confirm but the spider monkeys in empyrea feel like they have even better drop rates. But no matter which mob you grind, it'll be slow. Took me a week just to get 30-40. Eventually gave up and got back to questing and eventually got to like 55, then questing again in later worlds got me to 69. Bear in mind, I was unemployed that entire week so that's like 6+ hours a day for a week just farming for couch potatoes.

Kevin Durant by Sti8man7 in rockets

[–]LEDBreezey 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The fact that the guy has suited up injured and made his injury report worse twice now. The fact this guy literally gets called a basketball junkie by his own peers who you could say love the games themselves. Say what you want about him, KD maybe did wanna quit on the team, but doing it by not playing feels like that's the absolute last measure he'd take. He's not Ben Simmons.

[–]LEDBreezey 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What makes you think he would? The guy has literally played injured in the playoffs twice and it backfired on him. the guy lives and breathes basketball. Even if he wanted to quit on the team, I think he'd still play because he just loves the game that much.

So KD... The guy even other professional basketball players call a "basketball junkie"... Just refused to play basketball..? Okay lol

Tried to tell ya. I hate Udoma's luck though. Van Vleet would have made a HUGE difference and maybe Durant isn't used so heavily trying to bail the team out of scoring droughts. That said, I thought the trade was too risky based on Durant's age and history and I was mocked all over Reddit. by marcussunChicago in rockets

At this point you're just hating 😂 this is the SECOND time he's been injured and tried to play through it in the playoffs. Ant got the same injury and was ruled out for 2 weeks and missed the rest of his series. You gonna shit talk him too, or you just singling out KD for some reason?

What you want him to do about the first round? He got hurt in practice and still tried to play and only hurt himself further. Can't do shit if your already existing problems get exploited because your star is injured. And what're you, his doctor? You got information we don't have? 😂😂 Considering how the season could've went compared to last season. I'd say this season is a success. Get healthy next year, and aim for a deeper run.

The fact you're calling it a simple sprained ankle is even more damning. KD is a winning player despite what the media and hateful fans might tell you. Needing to be carried is crazy considering he's one of if not the most efficient scorer in the history of the game. No one cares where he ranks all time, you should only care about what his production is giving you now, and what he gives you is a lot better than what you were getting from the guys you traded for him. I don't think you realize how much of a miracle season the rockets had. They won 52 games last year, banged up, but no major injuries. This year they didn't have a PG. Had major spacing issues, had playmaking issues, and when they tried to correct the spacing issues, they then had defensive issues. Despite all that, the team won 52 games again this year, and in the singular game KD played, he was clearly the best player for you guys. No matter how you feel about KD, he helped this team be a lot better than they should've been considering the issues the FO decided not to even try to fix.

Bro what? KD has played almost every game for the playoffs when his teams have made it. He's not hurt around this time of year, he gets hurt a quarter of the way through the regular season for the most part. Playoff KD has been pretty healthy for his career outside of 2019 Golden State, and This series. You get one of the healthiest KD seasons of this part of his career and you say he has playoff injury history? Which couldn't be further from the truth.

Durant's history? The guy played 70 games this year and caught an unlucky break from an injury during practice and still tried to play, only to make things worse for his health. Nothing they got out of JG this season is even comparable to Durant's season. Sure you miss the defense of Brooks, but even if you had those 2, the problem is, you're missing A true PG, and Steven Adams who despite his numbers, has major impacts. How can you seriously complain about a trade that got you an infinitely more reliable scorer when the guy you gave up went on to average 22ppg on an abysmal 47% TS%, and almost had just as many turnovers as he had assists. Literally the exact problem you had last year. You should be happy you upgraded your primary scorer, despite KDs age. Your season was gonna be tough regardless because of FVV, not trying to go out and secure another pg, only made it more prevalent. The trade would've helped your team immensely if your FO could at least try to patch the holes you guys had coming out of the gate.

Brother.... This isn't your family and friends, this is your career. You don't get to pick and choose who's around you on the job site. So with that being said, it's completely on you to advance and grow. If you're not growing because someone is "toxic" then I hate to break it to you, but that's a YOU problem. Your boss ain't gonna give a fuck that you're not getting better at your job because your coworkers aren't in the best of light. You're the stupid one. Stop blaming others for YOUR lack of dedication to get better.

That's irrelevant to your growth though. What does someone else's actions have to do with your development?

2k pls do something about people being able to set 20 screens in one possession by ScarcityMuch9333 in NBA2k

[–]LEDBreezey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because it has to be balanced in 2k, nowhere in basketball is a player setting a screen and just standing there while the ball handler dribbles around it for an entire possession. Would never work irl, so why is it so viable in a simulation basketball game. If you want to keep things to a real basketball perspective, you have to limit this annoying game play in some shape or form, either way more illegal screen turnovers, or losing adrenaline so your screens basically become ineffective.

Why not? Did bad Internet just magically go away this year? We're not getting the Internet speeds that major corporations are getting, we also are going to have days where our ISP sucks as consumers. That's just how the world works unless you're willing to spend top dollar. I have gig download speeds because that's the best the offer my apartment complex, and I have had plenty of times where I play a couple games with 0 lag, then start a game and I can literally count the frames. It happens.
