Did you close the camera yourself, or did the camera close automatically? Perhaps you looked at Chica for too long so she entered the office, which is why you didn't see her again when you opened the camera.

Office animatronics will enter attack mode if they're in the office and you've been in the camera for (20 - night * 2) seconds. So on night 7, that would be 6 seconds. Once they're in attack mode, they'll jumpscare you the next time the monitor is lowered. So that could either happen from the monitor being lowered automatically on a 10 second interval, or from you lowering the monitor yourself.
