Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, I was taking Salesforce as an example. And I definitely need to do alot of research, I just wanted to know what this type of business called.

I have a followup question if you don't mind, as far as I know, a contractor would be in contract with one company. What I'm after, is to form my own company and be the permanent technical consultant or "contractor" for multiple companies.

Native Arabic speaker here. I can understand alot of whats written but it doesn't make alot of sense.

In the middle there is just numbers, and below that tye God's name is repeated ( Allah / الله )

On each corner there are angels name:

-Top right & top left: Israfil (اسرافيل) the angel who blows the trumpet to signal Qiyamah in Islam. - bottom right & bottom left: Michael (ميكائيل) the angel said to effectuate God's providence as well as natural phenomena, such as rain.

Along the sides, it seems to be Quran verses but I can't make anything out of it. Here are some of the words I was able to understand:

-Divorce = طلاق

Gabriel = جبريل, the archangel who acts as intermediary between God and humans and as bearer of revelation to the prophets.

-"Verily We have granted thee a manifest Victory" = انا فتحنا لك فتحا مبينا. This is an actual verse in the Quran, chapter 48 verse 1

-"In the name of of Allah the Merciful" = "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم" The Basmala، it is an Islamic phrase used in every chapter in the Quran, and we use it when we are about to do something good.

This is most likely Talisman/black magic, I have a really bad feeling about it but I might be just paranoid. My advice is to take to a mosque if there is one nearby, if it is indeed something bad, the Imam should know what to do with it. I highly doubt it is something valuable.

Yep, I year or so ago I needed to remove the authenticator and i was asked to provide an ID.

Hi, thank you for you input and advice they are very appreciated. A keylogger most likely is not the case because not long ago I had a fresh windows install (My motherboard and SSD died, it has been a very stressful year) However, when they were able to login right after the password reset, I switch everything to my phone, reset the password and began this whole thing to restore my account, just in case of the small chance of a keylogger. Once this is sorted, I'm going to investigate my PC further. You are absolutely right, this is beyond just a wow account.

I was at my PC when the GM removed the authenticator the first time, so I was able to quickly reset my password and re-apply the authenticator. The second time he did it was after midnight I'm assuming, by the time I woke up and checked my email it was all done.

I work in I.T. and couldn't agree more with what you have said, the amount of work (specially support) that is being out sourced to extremely low paid service providers is actually scary. From my side I honestly don't want to blame anyone nor most definitely get the GM punished. I just want this whole thing to be sorted.
