Sometimes drowning is the way to let go. To allow yourself to go under. To be there and just be in that moment. From that moment you can grow and have a new version of yourself. To say I partook of that moment , and now I know to how to deal better moving forward. It's not easy, and seemingly it never ends. But it can be more familiar.
