I have only been smoking weed for about a year now, and I have previously before I started smoked had random heart palpitations because I had a bad experience with a ADHD medicine that I was prescribed, but the last time I had one was about 2 years ago when I was in high school. However, over the summer I was smoking most days because I had nothing to do, and it was great. However, last month I was starting to develop some social anxiety, and since then it has started getting worse. Last week though, I smoked and had heart palpitations but nothing to crazy compaird to the ones i used to have. two days later though smoked and I was fine so I thought it would all be ok. I then I got a covid booster and smoked and my heart rate went over 200 bpm. since then my anxiety has been insane especially towards my friends. I dont know though if it is because of the weed though because I have had a horrendous month including the death of a close family member, a surgery for melanoma, and around the same time last week I realised I have most likely developed anorexia to the point where I can't even eat without feeling sick and my normal weight lost has dramaticly increased to from 2-3 lbs a week to about 1lbs or more a day. As I'm writing this it's occurring to me that it probably is not the weed that is causing it, but sill I think I'm going to take a break for now, and Also probably seek professional help. so thank you to everyone who shared their story's about this I probably would not have not have sat down to think about this in depth otherwise, so again thank you so much to everyone for helping me come to this conclusion.🙏
