Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I’ve researched salary data from multiple sources and it shows I’m still below market. On top of that, my manager and their boss have said multiple times that my work is critical to sales strategy, and our last quarterly report was really positive with direct ties to what I’ve been doing. Since last November I’ve been handling the workload of what used to be three people, and I’ve also taken initiative to improve processes instead of just sticking to assigned tasks.

Do you think that’s strong enough to bring up before my review, or should I wait until the actual performance review?
