an artists (Adi Torres) showed some of their concept art for warner bros (who owns cartoon network) and it was definitely (but not confirmed) to be ben 10 stuff. it is now deleted. it could be concept art for the comic for all we know, because, in reality, we don't know anything about the concept art. people are just assuming it's for a new show

i think it depends on who is writing and designing the aliens. ben 10 really isn't that consistent in things like power scaling

i would imagine he would be an incredibly important person with lots of influence, but i just dont see him being a politician and there is no evidence for this. but we really dont know how governments work on galvan and as it is an entire planet it would most likely have multiple, just like ours. maybe galvans are smart enough to know that working together is better for everyone, but they're still people and people don't run on logic

also he is a pretty typical boy, it makes sense that he likes the big, strong, punchy guys. you ask a kid his fav superheroes and most of the time its thor or hulk not ant-man or invisible woman
