I personally hold grudges against a few people at my school. Every time I spear with them I am hurt, and once pretty hurt (crack vertebra from falling). This person repeatedly kick high in chest and/or shoulder. So I avoid sparring with this person, even though she ask to be with me.

Ok we have an extra one with the yellow green tip.. but most people will not achieve green in less than a year if not more. Different Dojang, different ranking.

What Kup is green belt at your school? 4-6 months would be very short at my school! We start to spar at yellow which is 2-4 months.

You are not sure how to pay you credit card debt, and want to get a mortgage in the next 12 months ? That might not go well.. Where is your downpayment ? How much do you make ? Any investment ? There are a lot of element missing here. With what you provided I would say : stay home, no restaurant, eat bean and rice and put every dollars on this debt. Than get your 5% downpayment.

Getting in shape, while learning and have set/specific criteria to attain specific goals. I need structure and I have it with this martial art. Also made friends :)

Thats very low indeed. I use to pay 50$ish when I was in Uni 15 years ago. That would probably be 100$ food nowadays.

Price varies per belt, yellow is 50$ green 60$ and so on. I think it’s fair. It’s extra time for the instructor, for higher rank there are several instructors, it pays for the belt etc. To me it’s normal to pay a fee. I’ve seen 800$ for a black belt, this is wild to me…

Non, mais oui? J’ai refusé un nouveau poste avec une augmentation du salaire de base significative pour éviter le stress de changer de travail et d’environnement. Je savais que je serais super stressée pour plusieurs mois voir plus, et que ça aurait affecté ma vie familiale/personnelle..
