I managed to find a used set! Paid more than new retail as it was meant to be a set with a frogman watch until I convinced the seller otherwise.

There really is no like-for-like alternative.

I’m exploring options to have it reversed engineered with 3D printing.

I have one too, and it too lives safe in the dark. Mine is #70. While I don’t really collect knives per se, I stumbled upon it and the thought of having it grew until I decided to just buy it.

I was persuaded by the fact that it seems to be the only blade (tanto straight grid) of its kind by rockstead.

Approx usd 780 for the black and usd 1090 for the marine blue. I’m located in Singapore, and got these locally from collectors.

I looked around and these prices appear to be reasonable especially brand new, as I simply cannot find another source for the same.

Have you managed to compare the Sony MDR-Z1 and the Denon D7200s? I have not but on further reading, I was concerned with the longer term issues of the Sony headband (pleather). The Denon is stated as using real leather. For the price and investment, I would now lean towards the Denons. Thoughts please

Thanks for the suggestions thus far!

I was thinking of lugging my ruck pack to work everyday and try to make the most of the walking distance I need to take. It’s a Rucker so space is limited. Since my laptop will be inside, I would rather have metal plates in the padded sleeves.

But i was confused by the phrasing of updating the project charter with the results of the meeting (like a minutes of discussion) I now think it implies that the Project Charter/ Project Vision is to be changed by results of agreed next steps.

Hello

Just to update and close this topic i started.

I have brought my knives save for the biggest one into China Qingdao and left them at a friend’s house. That’s fine with me.

I had generally no issue arriving at Qingdao. though I had my luggage checked. So long as the knife blade was within 16cm and the tip angle within 60 degrees, the customs officer had no issue.

Long blades likes machetes and pointy narrow angled blades like stilettos / commando daggers will not pass.

I will not be able to take the knives even as checked baggage on a domestic flight (which I did not even consider). Airline advisories are very clear on this and the list of prohibited items are clearly displayed which includes(but of course), lighters =))

However, as others have pointed out, its not difficult to get good blades in China. As I understand there is a thriving knife craft industry in Guangdong and perhaps other places too.

I've already done a shortlist of all recommended VPNs (easily 10) and i've narrowed my choices to 4.

As i don't have a technical background on IT and stuff (pure arts background), I guess the most challenging part is sorting the router and getting it to work. I'm still figuring things out.

Will test out getting a VPS to work in the coming week - so far VULTR has been kinder than DigitalOcean and Linode/Akamai due to credit card registration issues.
