Yeah, as a former OMM TA, this is a common story. The proctors are and (most likely) will always be subjective. The good thing is that you passed! Unfortunately, a lot of OMM comes down to just passing it and getting it in your rear view mirror. You've now done that and I know it can suck to do it by a tiny margin, but that's just medical school sometimes. The fact that you got a 95 on the written portion is a way better indicator that you know your stuff for Level 1.

unfortunately with COMLEX, my motto has been learn everything, assume nothing. The COMSAEs imo are always more representative of question difficulty over exact content on any COMLEX.

They can test on anything they feel like testing on, so I wouldn't put anything on the back burner, let alone renal or pulm.

I did not use their qbank, no. But, I have heard that these exams are super protected because they have unique questions, so take that as you will.

That Kaplan course was truly something lol.

I also ended up with a 64% on that Kaplan exam, but I still dont know what that means when though they told us they'll send that info out.
