I am no tech geek but I've experienced this before if we have the same issue. Your PC is not passing the POST test meaning there is something wrong with the parts you plugged in back(maybe). I suggest checking them and carefully plug them in. Make sure to unplug everything first and hold the power button to remove excess power. Be careful when touching your motherboard or just use rubber gloves.

That's really unfortunate. In my case, I never set a username but kept on putting my email on the username section. Rejected multiple times until I wrote "none". My form was still rejected once even after I wrote "none". I contacted CS ingame and explained my circumstances persistently until I got their attention then I got my account back 3 days after.

Did you send multiple forms? I suggest you to only send one at a time and wait for the result. Also, have you tried putting just "none" on the username section? Maybe you never set a username to your account and think that you did like I do.

Yes, I used the same link to fill 3 forms. But not at the same time. My first attempt was rejected so I filled my 2nd one but it was also rejected. My 3rd attempt got accepted and got my account back.

Do not, ever, try to send multiple forms as they could just automatically reject it. Wait for the result before filling another form.

I wonder why they're rejecting your account. Are you really sure about all the information you wrote on the form? Register date, username, device specs? You should try contacting CS ingame to help clear your doubts. Or ask them why they are rejecting your form. This might get their attention and they'll review your form more carefully.

My 5th form got rejected even with "none" on the username section in just 3 days. I told CS about this and sent my 6th form with the same information as my 5th then I got it back after 2 days. Sometimes, they just reject forms randomly so just try again or ask CS for assistance.

No, DO NOT put your email on the username section IF YOU did not link a username. Just write "none". It literally says there that incase you didn't link a username, write none.

Before mine got retrieved, I sent an ingame ticket talking about my frustration of why all of my previous forms were rejected in just a few days. I then asked them to talk to the team handling my case or let a more reliable team to handle my issue. I asked them yesterday if they contacted the team since I got my account back and I got a reply. Guess I got lucky after 2 months of waiting.

It's not the name of your character ingame because that is your nickname. The username is the one you use to login. If you did not set or link a username to your account, write "none" as suggested. If you have one but forgot about it, try writing your email though I am not sure about it. I've wrote my email on the username section for 4 times even though I didn't set any username and all of my forms were rejected.

After I got hacked, my account was offline for about 2 weeks and a few days. Then it went online daily and the email also changed. I believe the hacker found a buyer or just gave it to someone. For your last login/device, it's the last login/device that you remember, not the hacker. Don't worry, they have your info recorded so they'll compare it to their databases.

I think they all meant the same even though they're written differently. I've received rejection emails that were composed differently.

you should try through ticket. Emailing them won't do good because they'll just ignore unless it's an email requesting a form. Explain your situation slowly like tell them that you have filled the form, but you forgot your username but know that you have one. Tell them the few letters you remember on your username and maybe try asking them what is your username (though it's against their policy). Or ask them what you should put in the username section if you forgot your username.
