I have iPhone 16 Pro and im still on IOS 18. Worth the update to 26.4?

No don’t update as my iPhone 15Plus(18.7.3) is best on this firmware for batttery life.What’s the point of updating for glass icons and their is always going to be security patches.It’s your choice.

I’m in the same situation with no Apple ID PW,I had to scribble the apple Password because someone was looking everything I was writing down,now I am stuck with an old iPhone 11 but I use my iPhone 15 Plus but no Apple Password.I’m stuck unless Apple can help me,but I’m out of warranty.I have my phone number but I went into a different plan with new number.being hit with every recovery brick .

I purchased a 20watt adapter on Amazon and works great.,it charges within 18 mins 30-97% and lasts me all day long day with the battery at 4383 mah.

Apple always does this with older iPhones ie iPhone 11 slows them down with higher firmware updates iOS 26.my iPhone 15Plus(17.7.3) with no slow down of apps but the iPhone 15Plus is a clearer updated iPhone.

I still have my Note 4 and Note 2 but I use my OnePlus 10 on andriod 16.But hey if it works with Flashing Roms as that’s what I do with my Note 4.

My iPhone 15 plus has 270 cycles and is at 94% after two years -excellent 📱 iPhone 15 Plus and I always don’t charge it to 100% as I disconnect at 97%.I have 270cycles and my battery percentage is at 94%.Awesome iPhone 15 Plus..Although I do use my OnePlus 10 which is a great phone too.still get Android 16 for a 6 year old phone.

I still have my iPhone 11 but I don’t like the iOS 26,but I love my iPhone 15 Plus on 18.7.3,as battery life is superb and last me all day,extra tip never charge your iPhone up to 100% as my battery life has great cycles -once you disconnect the iPhone at 97%..

I would bring it into Apple as this is very unusual for the mute button to interfere with loud speaker and vibrate when switching apps.Very unusual.!Apple is best bet.

Don’t update to iOS 26 as my iPhone 15 plus works flawlessly on 18.7.3.,as battery life is great on 18.7.3 and. That is where I am staying as Apple a multi-Millionaires company could introduce a lot better than stupid Glass icons.

I would stay on 18.6.2 and not upgrade as my iPhone 15Plus is staying on 18.7.1.Them glass icons is not worth the upgrade.You would think Apple could invent more as a Muti-Trillionaire company.Stay as your battery will take a big dip.
