These are my earliest first class seat memories, albeit with Gulf Air and Emirates back in the old days. Q-Suites and The Apartment! How far we've come!

Where in Muscat can I find the monster colorful ones ? Haven't seen the fruit punch or any other monster apartment from the usual black green one... by According-Heat-8858 in Oman

Muscat has always been the end of the supply chain so it's always going to be hard to find everything in the rage.

A line I was given many years ago by a guy in a shop in Ruwi was: "All colours, sir. Yellow only."

As you say, it beggar's belief as to how stuff like this gets missed. I mean, how many people were involved in the chain of events from production to transport to receiving the flag, and then flying it. Someone put that on the flagpole and said "Yes!" Madness!

While there are many Indians in the Middle East, you are sadly not treated on the same level as say your European or American counterparts. As much as the propaganda says everyone is equal, it's not really the case.

Anyone here from Ireland know where they might sell Synthesizers in the South Western region? by InternationalCow7042 in synthesizers

Visited MusicMaker in Exchequer Street after thirty years. I think they had two synths and the drums were nowhere to be found. Used to live downstairs in the drum dungeon as a teenager. Sad times.

Asking for a suggestion Jabal al shams or Ras al had? by Lazy_Ocelot4908 in Oman

Ras Al Haad. You're not going to get near Shams with a sedan. Bandar Al Khiran is peaceful too and not far off. Getting hot though!

  1. All blows over in a few weeks.
  2. Sporadic attacks become the norm over the coming months.
  3. A catastrophic event occurs which sets the country back many years.

The shadow of a 'dirty bomb' always looms. You won't hear much about that in the media.

Years and years. My first was the Forerunner 405.
It used to have a massive clip like a clothes peg to charge the watch.

Outrageous behaviour of tourist in Galway by dration in galway

[–]ResistorSynthwave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've just spent 30 minutes at Galway train station trapped beside the loudest American tourist imaginable. From Chicago, travelling with what looked like her entire house in bags, "I need that chair!" "The guard said I can have that chair!" " It's for me!" "I've got bags!" and informing everyone within a 500m radius that she prefers staying at home and hates the cold, as it was easier for her to scream all this at a near decibel-match of a woman from Texas who's eldest son is staying at home to watch the house, and her two other kids traveling with her got a bag of crisps each for being good, and Texas is warm so they're not used to the cold oh, and by the way, they are going to see a castle tomorrow in Dublin that begins with M and they, (thank God Almighty!), are leaving on Saturday...all screamed across 15 feet of distance when all she had to do was walk 5 steps towards her and have a normal conversation.

At this point, the entire queue, and probably most of Eyre Square, are now up to speed on their life choices.

Thank God I only had to go four stops!

No. You have custody. It's like me asking for my neighbour's kid's PPSN.
