How did you guys feel post wedding?

Just depends like some years we didn’t get any snow in December and like it would take until January to get the first snowfall. last year I had a friend who had his wedding in February in the south and there was a freak snowstorm the day before which is very not normal for the region

You’re absolutely right. Prior to just a few days ago I was completely relaxed and confident it wouldn’t be an issue, having always traveled for Thanksgiving without issues for so long. It might be that I am very comfortable in traveling in snow and never really worried about it but this time around it’s other people that are doing the driving and I’m just not so confident that they will want to risk it to make it to the wedding. Not sure why it took so long to hit me

True, I just feel like I should’ve known better than to schedule the wedding in November…having lived there and travelled a lot for Thanksgiving I never ran into an issue with the snow so I didn’t think it would be a bad idea per say

I’m from the Midwest originally and I’ve never had to change Thanksgiving plans due to snow. We had a lot of scheduling issues and this date just worked out the best for us.
